 Maximum length: 2 - 3 mm

The tiny species of this genus looks like a small transparent cloud of white specks

floating above the reef. They have always been mistaken for fish larvae.

But up close you can see the typical shrimp shape.

Often near anemones or sea urchins, where they flee to in case of danger.
