Scissor legs and body banded red and white, with 2 pairs of long, white and thin antennae.
Large claws that break off easily and often vary in size after regeneration.
They attract fish with antennal wings to preen them.
Shy, withdraw when approached.

Body and legs yellow, red banded.
Two pairs of long, white antennae, often translucent body.
At home in rock holes and sponges.
Not very shy.
